You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
TeleHealth Connect provides telemedicine consultations, prescription facilitation, health records management, and telehealth monitoring. Our services do not replace emergency medical services. In case of an emergency, please contact your local emergency number immediately.
All medical advice provided by TeleHealth Connect is based on the information provided by you. We are not responsible for incomplete or inaccurate disclosures that may affect diagnosis or treatment.
Prescriptions are issued solely at the discretion of the consulting healthcare professional. Not all medications may be prescribed remotely.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of your health data.
Fees for services will be communicated in advance. Payment must be made as per agreed terms. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.
Consultations canceled at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be provided for consultations already conducted.
TeleHealth Connect and its affiliates, partners, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TeleHealth Connect and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your breach of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India.
